Shipping Policy: All necessary course materials are sent out via UPS prior to the course date unless otherwise specified. Please note, it is your responsibility to notify us if you have not received your materials prior to the course date.

No Refunds! Payment Along With Completed Registration Form Must Be Received 10 Days Prior To Course Date!
Registration forms and payments received after the 10 days will automatically be charged an additional $15 late registration fee, no exceptions. There is a $25 rescheduling fee charged to attendees who do not attend their requested seminar date and location.
Event Cancellation Policy: The Alabama Hospitality Association will honor requests for event registration cancellation providing no costs for the event have been incurred by the Association at the time of the request. All requests for cancellation must be made directly with the ARA Event Planner by calling 1-800-372-1022.
